The Milton Area School District (“District”) School Board has authorized the sale of property owned by the District located on Lower Market Street, Milton, PA, consisting of an irregular shaped (triangular) lot containing 8,758.13 square feet of unimproved land, more or less, known for identification purposes as Northumberland County Tax Parcel No. 034-01-004-142, which was never utilized for District educational purposes (hereinafter “Property”). The buyer of the property is Richard Antanitis II of Lewisburg, PA. The agreement of sale and the resolution authorizing this sale is available for inspection in the District Administrative Offices, 700 Mahoning Street, Milton, PA 17847.
A Court hearing on the sale of the Property, as required by the Pennsylvania School Code, 24 P.S. § 7-707(3), will be held on the 27th day of January, 2026, at 9:15 A.M. in Courtroom No. 1 of the Northumberland County Courthouse, 201 Market Street, Sunbury, PA 17801.
