Curriculum and Professional Development Committees provide the leadership necessary to ensure a strong instructional program at Milton Area School District. The committees provide an avenue for a continuous improvement model that encourages teachers to build capacity through professional learning communities. 

Our framework is defined by four phases: vision, planning, implementation, and assessment. The goal is to sustain high quality instruction while promoting student performance and achievement with the best standards-based resources and research-based practices available. Our staff, teachers, instructional coaches and administrators work together through these committees and professional learning communities to create a positive educational experience for our students.
