Student Withdrawal Procedure

Students moving from the Milton Area School District should inform the appropriate school office at least three (3) days in advance.  Parents/legal guardians are required to complete a withdrawal form prior to the student’s last day of attendance.  It is also required that all technology be returned.  For elementary students, this includes iPad, case and charger. For secondary students, this includes laptop, charger and bag.  For more information please call:
