PRESS RELEASE: Attempted Abduction of 2 children
The Milton Police Department is currently investigating an attempted child abduction of two children that occurred at 130 Georgetown Lane, Milton, PA on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 1150 AM. A white male and a white female came to this residence stating that they were from Children and Youth Services and were here to see and remove both children from the residence. They did not show any credentials to the occupant of the home. When they were denied entrance the male attempted to force his way in by pushing his foot against the door. The occupant was able to get the door closed. The male is described as being in his mid to late 20’s, curly brown collar length hair, wearing a blue colored button down shirt with the sleeves rolled up slightly, khaki pants, black and white colored running shoes, he was approximately 6’3” tall and of medium build. He did have a tattoo on his upper left arm of a Nazi Swastika. The female suspect is described as being 5’3” tall, medium build, mid to late 20’s, straight brown hair, wearing black colored pants and a solid unknown colored top. She was wearing black framed eye glasses with tape around the nose piece. Both fled the area in a tan or gold colored vehicle. The investigation revealed that neither of the suspects are employed by Northumberland County Children and Youth Services Agency.
